Picked up a 2000 limited and am looking into replacing the powerplant with a JDM
twin turbo motor. Questions are numerous but I have important ones that concern me.

One the frt JDM clip is rt side drive. so my most important question is do the wiring harnesses match up and is it a direct plugin.

Second will the engine (turbo units) fit into a U.S. car without any shock tower modifications.

You can't drop in the motor and be done with it. The way the turbo pipes are set up for the RHD it won't fit unless you do a complete RHD swap or make custom turbo pipes!

It's a steering column thing than, hmmm custom piping or custom exhaust manifolds ?
I was more worried about the wiring harness.
