Proper tuning is always a must. In the honda "world" people are very inclined to just buy a chip that a friends can ran "good" on and use that. Tuning is what is going to get the most HP out of your car. If you have not had it tuned by someone who knows what they are doing, you are just guessing. If you are doing the tuning yourself, it may be a wise thing to take it to a pro and afterwards compare their maps to what you had to pick up on any secrets or tips they have in your map. ;) Next time you or a friend need some tuning, you will be much closer. Timing maps can be used as your "base" on a similar motor/setup, and tune the fuel with a wideband from there. Fuel is easy to tune. Timing is where you are going to make your biggest gains.
With those injectors, you would be maxing out HP right around 200ish.

its you base tune thats killing you there.and you might want to get some bigger injectors.easiest is dsm turbo 440cc or 450cc or evo8 or evo 9 injectors.best bang for the $.i had that same problem when i first got my ecu chipped.if you were close or are to de my boy could throw his ostridge on and street tune you for 50-$100.im on chrome right now and loving it.
