Here is a simple diagram showing how an Aeromotive A1000 (13109 or 13101) Fuel Pressure Regulator should be hooked up in your system. Remember, in a fuel injected system, this is installed after the rail/injectors.

When using only one "feed" you must plug the other (unused) feed port.
The top screw is what you would use to adjust the base pressure. When setting the pressure, you must set it with the vacuum port not hooked up to a vacuum source. Once the pressure is set, you will connect the vacuum hose and you will notice the pressure (on the gauge) drop. This is normal.
