cant get passed 4500rpms

recently swaped an ls into my hatch now it wont idle and i either start cutting out or i hit rev limiter at 4500 im not sure which but i need some help also im not throwing any codes what could be the problem? also i have put a new tb on with a good tps.

What ECU? Is is chipped?

make sure all the ecu connector are plugged in tight and did you check to make sure the ecu isnt burnned out?

well finally threw a code and it was a # 43 so my fuel is f'ed up i changed the filter and got new 91 octane in it still does it i guess next is injectors and pump
